Joe Nuttorn Pityaratstian
Associate Professor of Psychiatry
Joe Nuttorn Pityaratstian is Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Medicine, where he serves as Course Director for the Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He currently holds leadership positions as President of both the CBT Alliance of Thailand and the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Society of Thailand. Joe completed his medical degree at Chulalongkorn University, followed by specialized training including an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from King's College London and advanced CBT training at the Beck Institute and University of Oxford. He serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. His research focuses on child and adolescent psychiatry and cognitive behavioral interventions. He has published extensively on ADHD, depression treatment, and trauma responses in youth populations. He previously served as President of the Thai Society for Affective Disorders and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Medicine.
