Welcome to GLOW-CAT,
helping Children through
Anxiety Treatment

Online Support and Intervention (OSI) is a brief, therapist-guided, parent-led online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy platform for treating anxiety in children aged 5–12 years. Co-designed with children, parents, carers, and clinicians in England, OSI has demonstrated clinical and cost-effectiveness in the UK and is now being implemented in English child mental health services by Koa Health. By reducing therapist time and enabling delivery by non-expert practitioners with strong outcomes, OSI shows high scalability. GLOW-CAT, an international collaboration which spans the UK, Japan, Chile, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Thailand, aims to adapt and evaluate OSI across diverse cultural contexts to expand its global reach.
