Dr. Kotaro Imamura, PhD

Project Associate Professor

Kotaro Imamura, PhD, is a Project Associate Professor at the Department of Digital Mental Health, Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on the primary prevention of mental health problems in working populations, with a particular emphasis on Internet-delivered psychological interventions, including Internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT). He aims to advance scalable, evidence-based digital mental health solutions for employees while contributing to the broader promotion of positive mental health and well-being in the workplace.
